不過，綜合相關報導指出，外界認為此舉與中國針對空拍機發布的《小型無人機令》新政策有關，該新法令明訂多種類型無人空拍機的規管項目，包括有：需購買保險、限制飛行高度與距離等。新法令將於明年6月1日正式生效。
